#TriatlonLjubljana2026 – the call is OUT!
Alpe Adria super sprint and the mixed relay adventure
Triathlon Club Ljubljana is pleased to announce the Day of Triathlon in Ljubljana, which will take place on Sunday, 7 June 2026, at Kodeljevo Swimming Pool and Kodeljevo Park. This is one of the largest triathlon events in Slovenia, combining elite competition, recreational sport, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle for all generations.
The event will once again offer a rich and diverse program, including:
- Super Sprint Triathlon
- Mixed Relay (1+1)
- Triathlon for Everyone (open category without a license)
- Triathlon for the youngest – “Young Triathlete” event
- Vzajemko Children’s Run (free of charge)
- Promotional Aquathlon for Everyone (free of charge)
With this event, we aim to bring triathlon closer to the wider public and provide an opportunity for everyone—from beginners to experienced athletes—to try this dynamic and increasingly popular sport.

- Date: Sunday, 7 June 2026
- Location: Kodeljevo Swimming Pool, Ljubljana
- Registration: until Tuesday, 2 June 2026 via https://prijavim.se/
- Registration and payment will also be possible on the day of the event (with a higher entry fee)
- Race number pickup from 7:30 onwards
Competitions for All Generations
The program is designed to accommodate a wide range of participants:
- Super sprint triathlon for juniors, elites, veterans, and students
- Triathlon for Everyone, aimed at recreational participants without a license
- Children’s categories (“Young Triathlete”) for first triathlon experiences
- Mixed relay team competition, adding extra excitement and team spirit
- Distances are adapted to age groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
Special Focus on Youth
Particular attention is given to the youngest participants, as we aim to create a positive first experience with sport. Children can take part in the triathlon or join the free fun run, where the focus is on movement, enjoyment, and social interaction.
Awards and Recognition
Top finishers in each category will receive medals, while winners of the national championships will also be awarded official recognitions from the Triathlon Federation of Slovenia. Additional prizes from event partners will also be presented.
